Services

Willson Management and Projects provides specialized technical and advisory services across the full project lifecycle. Our work is senior-led and hands-on, structured to reduce risk, improve building performance, and support confident decision-making from early planning through construction and beyond.

We work primarily on institutional, civic, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Western Canada and North America.

  • Design phase technical reviews and advisory

  • Envelope investigations and condition assessments

  • Construction phase enclosure support and field reviews

  • Existing building renewal and rehabilitation support

  • When planning building renewal or rehabilitation projects, including Greenhouse Gas reduction studies

Industry Involvement and Knowledge Sharing

Led by Both Mark and Saphron

Sharing knowledge is part of how we work. Our team contributes to standards development, professional associations, and industry education — and brings that current thinking directly to the projects we support.
