About Willson Management and Projects
Willson Management and Projects is an independent consulting firm providing building enclosure commissioning, technical advisory, and owner-side project leadership for complex projects across Western Canada and North America.
We work at the intersection of design, construction, and operations to help teams deliver durable, high-performing buildings.
Why We Do This Work
Buildings are long-term investments, and the decisions made during planning, design, and construction have lasting consequences. When building enclosures underperform, the impacts can be costly, disruptive, and difficult to resolve.
We founded Willson Management and Projects to help owners and project teams reduce risk, improve collaboration, and deliver better project outcomes. Our work focuses on bringing clarity, technical insight, and proactive leadership to projects where performance and durability matter.
